Hon. Lydia Haika Mnene Mizighi is woman representative in Taita Taveta County. She is a member of Jubilee party of kenya. As a Women representative, she promotes the interests of women and girls within Taita Taveta county and the country at large. This role involves coming up with laws and policies that specifically target women and girls.

She also had an initiative to support taita taveta girls by provision of sanitary towels in schools and creating awareness on the importance of their health.
